Great information on creatine! Since I'm about to switch from caps to powder, how do you recommend i take it? One serving before workout, one serving after? Timing?
Also I've never had pre workout protein shakes, i usually eat 3-4 eggs, a bagel, a banana, a cup of yogurt and some peanut butter for breakfast, do you think this is enough?
And lastly, I'm now debating between ON micronized creatine powder.(cheap and rated the number 2 best creatine by top10supplements.com) and "con-creat" (sp?). I've heard great things about the last one, but the ON stuff is a cheap product being ranked as the second best around by a reputable party. What do you guys recommend i use?
