I forgot to update this. I actually used the live chat yesterday and got Dean. He was able to provide me with tracking, no problem at all. Then, about two hours after that, I got two emails from Kevin with tracking.
I really appreciate it, guys and don't mean to seem ungrateful at all, if I did. I was just concerned because the things I ordered are the final touches to get my car drivable again after it was rear-ended and I hadn't gotten a shipping notification after the order was placed/charged - that's all. The tail lights should be here today and my car will be ready Monday - I'm very excited.
