That has crossed my mind. I don't know how long it'll take to find someone and I'm not sure how it wokrs with accountability of the new tenant.

I'm originally from the area. I have alot of friends and family in the area. That and my rent is about half what it was in Arlington Heights. I looked around the city first but wanted to lower my cost of living and not be living ontop of people.

Sadly, I agree 100% When I got laid off it was damn near impossible to find work while out of it. That and the economy was crap back then.
