It pulls very hard and shifts very smooth under hard acceleration.

The next two items are a bigger MAF because I am getting the 5% too high
a flow error and a manual thermostat for the electric fan because Jason has eliminated all other possibilities as to why it is running all the time. Jason suspects that when the fan controller burned up it sent a spike into the ECU burning up that circuit, thus the error is "no signal from the fan controller". It is cheaper to install a manual thermostat than to replace the ECU (mucho dinero!).
The bigger MAF along with a new fuel map will add more power.
