Crappy little workout while my heel heals lol. Feels much better today. I'll be walking on it no problem tomorrow judging from the over night progress.

I did a little experiment last night. 50 Pull ups in sets of 5. Next time I'll do 6 then 7, then try 8 etc. My pull ups make no progress. I am 15lb heavier than I was a few months back but I still think I should be doing more than I am.

Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
40 lb x 10 reps (+53 pts)
