Awesome day yesterday. I'm in such a good mood today.

Video of Front Squat PR at 230lbs. Much more than I expected to get when I set my goals in Sept. My Pr last Sept was 180. I felt awesome with my 5x3 sets of 205 so I went for it.

Critiques welcome. One thing I do notice now that I see newer videos is I'm much thicker than I was last year. feels good. I do need to lose a little belly fat though. Not too much.
