Tomorrow morning I start my hiit fasted morning cardio. Probably doing 15-20 min. Run walk run walk run walk changing every 30 seconds. Speed will increase as I progress. My conditioning is very bad right now. So I'll do morning cardio 7:15-730 and do my strength and metcon work at 6pm. I'm interested to see how this goes. I am a bit worried ill eat into the muscle I gained but ill make sure to still eat a lot of clean foods and a ton of protein. Let me know if you guys have any advice.
