I seem to recall it being used when Romney was bemoaning the hardships of having to liquidate some of his stocks while in school to help pay for tuition and the house he was living in. I mean, what college student even has any stocks much less enough to float college tuition and a mortgage/rent. Most college students are working crappy jobs, depending on student loans and living with three smelly dudes in some two bedroom walkup apartment. And these are the more fortunate ones that can even afford college at all.
