My Ride: E46 M3 Manual
protein shake with 1 scoop whey + almond milk

handful of raw almonds pistachios

grapes

1 lb of chicken breast

bowl of rice cereal + almond milk (need the carbs)

Tahini + honey + fiber pita bread snack


3 poached eggs + 2 egg whites
protein shake with 1 scoop whey + almond milk pre workout

protein shake with 1.5 scoop whey + almond milk post workout

.6lb of lamb tips + 1 large sweet potato

A large wedge of watermelon for dessert

Should be around 3000cal for a workout day.
