Interviewed people for 4 hours, missed lunch.

1 large butternut squash cake piece, made with flax seed, stevia, apples, flour, walnuts.

8oz salmon
14z chicken breast
1 banana

pre workout shake: mixed greens, 1 scoop whey, 2tbs greek yogurt 0%, tea, .5 banana

post workout shake: mixed greens, 1 scoop whey, 2tbs greek yogurt 0%, tea

14oz chicken breast
1 large wedge of watermelon
