Breakfast = steel cut oats, cinnamon and a bit of honey.
snack 1 = 'nana and PB
lunch = 1/2 lb pastrami, slice of swiss, local nut bread, deli mustard and jalapeno pickles that are so hot they are making me sweat.
snack 2 = apple
dinner = not sure yet
