its never been dynode but here in uk they are rated at 190 (192 if memory serves me correct) 323's come in at 170 (same lump but m52)

I do know that a euro motor tends to be free'r than the us equivalent due to stringent us emission regulations and IMO was a shame you guys never got the s50/52 euro motor (you pretty much got all the horses with the s54 )

somewhere I have some images of my old e36 328is with a dbilas itb set up, should've kept it as I coulda used that motor with its near 260!

the euro spec m50/52 b20 is rated at 150 and m54b22 170 (both really sweet revving motors)

I would say that maybe the 160 you have is quite a bit down on where it needs to be

to be fair to you, i'm hoping it doesn't have 190 as I was struggling to out run a couple of e36 318is race cars (m42/44 140)
