Valentine1 = an unexpected level of customer service
I just got a call from a rep from Valentine1 (I placed an online order yesterday).
They actually wanted to talk to me about my choice in shipping methods as it would have been cheaper to go 2-day or overnight in the long run (in regards to customs fees and taxes) vs. the ground method I had chosen in my order.
How many vendors do you know would go out of their way to do that? No many if any that I know.
