i dont think they are a sponsor here, so ill bash away... their return policy sucks arse!

i bought a Blitzsafe aux/cd changer adapter. I decided, I would go to the Icelink setup and wanted to exchange it. They said they are charging me a 15% on the item that is unopened EVEN on exhanges. I understand getting a refund but exchanges shouldnt matter.

Oh well, I'll take the 15% since I have no choice and warn everyone if they ever purchase products from LogJamElectronics.com, make sure you have the right one and you are going to keep it.
