I've attached a few pics of one of the first times I did this - since then they've gotten a bit prettier and sturdier. The board allows the re-use of the factory head (8 wires), and the factory speaker wire - another 8 wires in this case - I ran new speaker wire to the rear speakers. I also re-used the amp remote.
