Does anyone know what % is allowed? I got pulled
over for my front and back windows cuz the cop
wanted to make his quota for the month.

He saw me right after he gave another car a tix for tints and proceeded to pull me over after I passed them as he was getting back into his patrol car. We definitely made his month, 2 cars ticketed in less than 2 blocks. The worse part is the surcharge they make you pay to "pull you over and give you a ticket". That alone doubles the fine.

Cops with nothing better to do really sucks....
