I think you are not supposed to have any tints.. at least that's the case here in NJ.. I have 35% tints.. when i see a cop i just open my sunroof and let the sunlight in my car which makes my tints really light.. too bad it did not work for Motor Vehicle inspection.. i had to pay some shop to pass my car cause of the tints...
