The E46fanatics is what I used. It was very helpful when cross-referenced with the Dinan instructions and a little bit of your own ingenuity. I took my friend and I closer to 4-4½ hours. A lot of dremelling time for the brake duct. It looks sweet as hell once it's done and you will love the sound.
