My fan wouldn't "fireup" sometimes when it's at its middle speeds, but if i crank the fan speed up, it'll kick on all of a sudden, but if i lower it back down, it's a crapshoot if the fan will keep spinning or not. It makes a weried nose like its trying to start up, but it can't. Do i need to replace the FSR?
