No reason to be confused. The wheels are at the port, waiting to clear through customs. Here is the process that every shipment from overseas goes through

1. Loaded onto a large ship
2. travel overseas (usually about 2-3 weeks)
3. arrive at port
4. clear through customs inspections (2-6 business days)
5. be loaded onto a truck
6. be delivered to the company who ordered the shipment.

Right now the wheels are at stage #4, as was stated in my above post. I never said Velocity Motoring had them in stock right now.
