I saw two sightings today. First was a titanium silver e46 with DDE's driving by Main Street in Fort Lee at about 8-8:30.
Second was i think a Topaz Blue on Fort Lee Road and Broad Avenue in Leonia. You had DDE's that blinked with your turn signals. After I made the turn you were behind me and you eventually turned off your lights and just kept the DDE's and your fogs on. I eventually pulled over since I needed to pick up something from someone's house.
