Trim adjustment and level question.
This may be a little advanced but its worth a shot.
Client has a multi zone system (16 zones), the source feeds the room switcher ( controllable level adjustments per zone ) and each output of that switcher runs into an input on a seperate amplifier then heads out to the speaker.
Ok, now with that stated 2 of the zones seem to have very low levels. Much lower than the others. On our touchpad we are seeing that the level of the switcher is at 50%, the exact same as the other zones, but this particular zone is much lower a level for some reason.
The only adjustment I can make with the amplifier is a trim level. I know what trim is, but do not want to adjust it too much as I think the speaker run might be too long and too thin a gauge to handle the audio at the same level.
Anyone think of a different solution or know a good setting to set the trim to adjust for the lower level?
