And yeah, I agree with some of the comments on here, some people that I work with know nothing about the products that they are trying to sell, but most do know what they're doing.

 I used to get my rocks off going into Magnolia's and acting like a customer and bustin thier balls on information. I always got the "lemme check" or "lemme get the manager", hopefully you have a little bit more knowledge than your counterparts.
