Did you keep these chrome wheels on during the winter? As you know salt, sand will do damage to chrome. I think that if you want the wheels to be perfect you can either re-chrome the wheels or have them re-done with another finish that requires less effort to keep up. I agree with PYRITE, you need to dry your wheels again after park the car after washing. Your wheels have a lot areas where water can sit and cause water stains. I use an air compressor to blow all the extra water off of my wheels but if you don't have one try a leaf blower.
