A vegetarian's grocery list (Most stuff from Wild Oats/ Whole Foods - organic)
Veggies: Tomato, potatoe, cauliflower, lettuce, onions, cabbage, carrots.
Fruits: banana, grapes, oranges and varieties, pears, apples.
Carb stuff: Bread, pasta, rice, lentils, beans, legume, naan.
Other Misc: milk, yogurt, figs, cashews, pistachios, other fruits etc.
I prefer using fruits instead of fruit-juices, since fruits have no "high-fructose corn-syrup", but contain fibers which are good.
