I usually supplement my normal 3 meals a day with 2-3 snacks worth ~200 calories. For instance I have a banana before I workout, protein cereal after I workout, lunch, mid afternoon snack (around 3pm) which is more fruit usually, dinner, another fruit snack around 9pm. My snacks are almost always fruit, I am absolutely obsessed with it. That or some oatmeal, yogurt, or crackers with tuna.
