Because of my college schedule, no time to sit down and eat. I am filling up a cup of Quaker Oats Original.

serving size: 1/2 cup
calories, 150
dietary fiber 4g
soluble 2g
insoluble 2g
Protein 5g


I generally have a cup, without milk. Less messy. With fat free milk, you get 9 more grams of protein/cup.
