It may be that the face lifted models have the GE's I'm not sure.
I've had the Sylvania's from pepboys, and I've had to change them twice already... I'm not sure if they can compare to the GE's but they are too made in Hungary, so it isnt too hard to assume that the same manufacturer may be making both of them (now that is only an assumption).
I ended up buying the dealership bulb, which turns out was OSRAM so I'm happy (paid more than I wanted to but...).
