you should eat then wait about an hour before you workout. if you take a preWO supp. you should take it on an empty stomach about 30-45 min. before.

for after, you should IMMEDIATELY (like within 5 minutes) consume at least 40 g of protein coupled with about 80 g of fast acting carbs.
