I've been working out pretty consistently, going to the gym every other day and running for about 40 minutes 4-5 days a week for about 3 to 4 months. I didn't notice any changes in my weight. (note i'm trying to lose fat) and i didn't notice a change really. maybe about 3 pounds in the last 4 months. Last week, school got a little hectic and didn't go to the gym for about 5 days and didn't do cardio for 7 days. Eating pretty regularly during that week, and not the good stuff neither pretty fattening foods. I weighed myself again and I lost 5 pounds. Is this normal? Where does this weight loss come off of?
