To have a visible 6 pack, you need to have some decent ab muscles, but most importantly, a low BF%. The average person starts showing abs at arounf 10% or so. To lower your BF%, you have to burn more calories than you consume, so it is possible to eat deep fried food and still show abs as long as it fits into your daily calories, but deep fried food is very unhealthy
