Do not consume it raw, there is a risk of getting salmonella poisoning. Usually a healthy person would only get sick and be fine, but I'm not sure how well you immune system is.

Also, the egg whites has avidin which stops biotin pick up and can give you a biotin deficiency if you consume too much egg whites. This usually is over some time before causing anything damaging. Luckily, the yolk has tons of biotin that would counteract the avidin, so just eat the whole egg once in awhile to get your nutrients.

I eat the whole egg. The damn thing is only 70-80 calories.
