I have had this Hamann knob on for years now. It matches the interior nicely and has a sportier look. I use Manual mode 99% of the time and have never had a problem.
my dumbass friend was goin 60 in his 325Xi and went from D to R and the tranny was like in neutral, the engine just revved.
