You can always defend yourself. But you need to be a little more descriptive when you explain what happened. The way you described it is this; I took off from a stop sign a little bit faster than normal. And then I got a ticket for exhibition of speed. There's a lot more to the story than that. Are you actually asking what the best way is to defend yourself?
