anytime i see a sick car they get a thumbs up from me and usually anybody im with and i could give a **** less how they react lol. knowing other ppl do it too makes me feel a little better tho...one time in my friends c230 we were next to a kid in a black m3,gave him the thumbs up to which he responded with a thumbs up of his own and a tap on the gas pedal  he was out... the c230 was pushing low 120s feeling like it was gnona break and this m was just gone. impressiveeeee
