You're best bet is to take it to a reputable body shop so that they can acess (not sure if that's a word) the damage before you make it even worse.
To make it as good as new, you will probably have to respray the affected panels. If I caught someone doing that to my car, I would probably pull out my 40 and shoot that Mofo!
