places like per se and masa are for the expense account traders or some very well off people, You can spend a grand easy on a date with a hot girl and you can't just walk in unless you know someone. I walked in eleven madison park on a weekend I think(they were closed). it was beautiful and they were doing a photo shoot with a hot model.
