In light of all these food threads and DIY recipies, id start one about persian food since I kno we have a fair amount of persians on the board. i dont flaunt it that much but i just had a bomb snack and thought about it.

just ate:
kashke-bademjoon - fried eggplant with farmers cheese
masto-khiar - cucumber and yogurt salad
noono panir ba sabzi - feta cheese with bread and fresh greens - spearmint, taragon, basil (i think?), and mint.
and chai - tea
