hey there,
this conversion is more difficulty than it appears. You basically need an used dme from a donor car with its matching ews and keys. If not you'll need very expensive tools in order to read and code the "rolling codes" from the DME to your original EWS. Apart from all this trouble comes the wiring issues. You will need to make some new wiring and modify your old one (for drive by wire gas pedal, alternator and oil signals and other bunch of stuff.)

I suggest you get a copy of the WDS (bmw wiring diagrams) and check yourself some of these differences. You'll also need some hardware like the 330 manifold, throttle body, engine harness, lol I did this swap cause' i'm crazy
