My new employee Tim has been handling some CSR duties. His responses were - shall we say - a little uninformed.

I have since gotten involved with this situation and have offered to replace, redo, resend any items that the customer wants. Tim is still learning some of the parts and some CSR duties but he'll get there and of course, if Michael has any issues with Tim's responses from - he can also call directly and ask to speak to me OR email me directly -

We regret any "bad feelings" that the condition of the parts may have caused and look forward to resolving the issues.
