Hmm that's more than expected, her apt is a studio, with a big dresser "under" the TV....where the TV is sitting on right now. There is an outlet right beneath where the TV would go, and no wiring needed since we're using a HDMI switcher with a single wire going to the TV. So in summary, just need the actual mount installed. Do you think it will still be +$400?
