bro you can probably do it without paint, just make sure u heat it up.

make the cut, grind down the edges, use a fender roller (this is gonna take a long time, but it can be done) and roll that **** completely flat, you will push out the fender more and prolly be able to fit that low ET in there. gotta keep moving the roller around and giving it more pressure, just make sure the paint is heated and it shouldnt crack.

keep in mind you arent gonna wanna flare it out too much, since the front fender is so rounded, it would look mad weird.
