I've got the same problem too! and gonna silicone my adjuster unit and see what's going on.

Table 19 E3 and E4 codes...

Replaced both O2 sensors, and the Intake boot... still getting a high-pitch squeel sound. So I'm going to try the Adjuster Unit. and meh... for a few bucks of the silicone mind as well!
