On RealOem Parts, it lists the following for Front Control Arm Busings on the E46:

SET OF BRACKETS WITH RUBBER MOUNTING D=66MM
02/2001 31126757623 ENDED

SET OF BRACKETS WITH RUBBER MOUNTING D=66MM
02/2001 31126777850 ENDED

SET OF BRACKETS WITH RUBBER MOUNTING D=66MM
02/2001 31126783376

The first two have 'ENDED' in the notes section, meaning that the latest ones are '31126783376. All are 66mm so I bascailly want to know the difference between them and if its ok to mix and match.

I have purchased the O/S bushing which I know is the latest one as it came in the box with the part number. On the actual bushing carrier it doesn't have a part number but shows: BMW 6756068 L XXI

I bought another bushing, also O/S, which shows on the part, BMW 6756068 L XVI.

How do you identify which part numbers correspond to which bushings from this information?

Do this: Call/email Ruben@desertmotorworks, give him your VIN and he will get you the correct parts you need. I highly suggest getting the Meyle HD Arms & Bushings for the wrong. Better quality than OEM plus serviceable balljoints. I just ordered and installed my FCA/B and RTABs. Ruben has great prices.

Edit: Just saw that you are in London and not in the US. This is the right part # if you go with OEM: 31 12 6 783 376

I though again suggest getting Meyle HD over OEM. Not sure who in Europe has this.
