Hello All,
Just a quick note of introduction. I finally joined the BMW/E46 family by purchasing a CPO 2006 BMW M3 Convertible in Carbon Black Metallic (6-speed) and I absolutely love it. (I traded in a 2005 Volvo S60R)
Just a bit of background...for the last ten+ years I have operated a large enthusiast community for Ford F-150 owners called F150online.com (http://www.f150online.com). Having recently sold it to Internet Brands, I decided to get myself the M3 as a gift.
I also run a service called Ownersite.com (http://www.ownersite.com) that you can use to track and share service information, fuel expenses, etc. It's kind of like a web-based vehicle maintenance log on steroids. I've run a few ads on this site through Google, so hopefully I've already given the site a few bucks.
Anyway, I look forward to learning more about my new car from this community.
My first two mods were window tint (which has turned into a nightmare) and replacing Sirius with XM. (a couple of parts will soon be listed in the classifieds)
Thanks!
Steve
