Exclamation dealer scratches car....

I need your help...
I recently took my vehicle to the dealer for a light switch recall. Upon picking my vehicle up I noticed that it had been cleaned. I though WOW. However upon closer inspection (prior to leaving the dealership) I noticed several small scratches. I informed the manager he apologized and admitted that the car wash conditions may have caused a dirty chamois to come in contact with the car, scratching the paint every where.

They have now detailed the vehicle unable to remove the scratches. My question, before they go and repaint the car is there any other method/place to try.

Thanks mike
