ECIS Intake for E46 325i, used for maybe 20k miles, comes with a practically brand new filter and the original filter that has been cleaned and reoiled, along with a cleaning kit.

nope sorry the inlet piping is smaller

Yes, it should. I have an 03 with xenons and the cai fits.
