Be careful buying from power_garage from ebay. He got me for $220--I never got the item and will not give refund.

Yea, you should talk to eBay. Was there an isurance fee when you bought it? That is so just in case the package gets lost, the guy would refund you the money.

Unfortunately, I did not buy the buyers protection plan from paypal. I complained thru ebay but no respond. I'm trying dispute route thru my credit card.

yeah just call your credit card company and withdraw fund from paypal ... paypal sucks ...

Just make sure you let paypal know because they'll send you a nasty letter.

After they note it in their system, let your credit card company know that
you want to do a charge back.
