Plasma / LCD / or Projector + Screen?

So I can't really make up my mind what route to take.. and what to go with for my living room... Plasma / LCD / or Projector + Screen?

I just bought a 2 bedroom apartment, its nice 1150 square feet.. so its pretty roomie.. now I just need to pimp out my living room

plasma, lcd tv, or projector + screen

lcd tv i can get a viewsonic 30" for like 999CAD
and plasma 1500 for a norcent 42"

DLP projector 2000 ANSI Lumens for 875CAD + 300 for screen

what should i do?

if its strictly movies, i would say projector, there's just something i love about that setup. if your watchin tv's and stuff, i personally wouldnt want a projector, as it just doesn't work. as far as lcd vs plasma, all depends on price ranges and options available. i would think though that 30in to be to small, but that's me.

sorry wasn't that much great help lol

Projectors are the best for getting that theater movie feeling. My friend set one up in his appartment. Its just amazing. I'd do that if you watch mostly movies. Plus... projectors are super cheap.

though... you really need a dark room for it. It's almost impossible to watch during the day.

But for normal every day viewing... LCD/Plasma.
