Any way to change those 2 little interior light to xenon?

Sounds basic, I know...

But I noticed in the front light housing that has the two reading lights and the one light thats connected to the button, there are two nighttime running lights that are on and are the stock amber color.

I purchased the xenon interior lighting kit and replaced the two reading lights and the middle light and its bright as hell, but was hoping to change the bulbs for those two little lights that are on at night.

Has anyone changed them and is it possible to make them xenon or, am i asking too much and it'll be too bright for the interior w/ the lights off?

I'm pretty sure you can change those, but honestly, I think you should keep it stock, since it's supposed to be a dim lighting...u don't want your cockpit to be all bright at night...do u?

I was thinking that also. After changing the interiors to xenon, especially the vanity mirror lights...its as bright as shopping in a costco under flourescent lights! LOL

Just wanted some input about 'em....

i don't think he's talking about the map lights. he's talking about the ambience LEDs. the amber ones. yes they can be replace, but they require greater electrical skill/knowledge to solder and what not. just dim them down if you don't like them.

ummm...I think he's referring to the two tiny lights that kind of light up the shift knob area during nighttime (with a red-ish hue)...am I correct?
